Day 73

so today I decided to make this
realllly good smoothie
I had all these yummy berries
and some yummy peaches
and some yogurt
so I was like yeah, I can totally whip up a super
healthy and delicious lunch.

and then I tasted it.
and it was the most sour, yucky smoothie ever.
I didn't realize I bough PLAIN yogurt.
have you guys ever tasted plain yogurt?
gag.

I'm gonna try again tomorrow.
I'll find a new recipe that is super yummy
trust me.

  2. Ha! I bought plain yogurt the other day thinking the same thing "Mmm! yogurt smoothies!" Not realizing that I should've bought VANILLA yogurt. So I made a smoothie and both Shay and I were like "UGH!". Gross.

  5. I use plain yogurt in all of my smoothies. Just add some stevia (no calorie, NATURAL, and no gross aftertaste) to make it sweet. Mmmmm. Mango smoothies every morning.
