For some reason I love a casserole in the oven on a winters night. 

even if the winters night is 63 degrees and we still use A/C in our car during the day. 

its still winter. 

and I love winter and casseroles. 

they go well together. 

I also really like this casserole dish, 

I always envisioned myself bringing it to a relief society dinner 

while my husband is watching our 6 kids...

hahahahhahahah 

okay. enough.
